Overview

STONE is a luxury real estate website for five fictional European properties. The design language is quiet luxury — quality is felt, not announced. Each property has a full identity including location, price, materials, floor plans, and nearby landmarks.

Luxury real estate websites typically go dark/moody or bright/clinical. We needed a third path — quiet luxury. The site had to handle 5 properties with unique identities, interactive floor plans, map integration, image galleries, and full SEO.

Solution

Next.js App Router with static export. Quiet luxury aesthetic using Cormorant Garamond headlines, bone-and-charcoal palette, and generous whitespace. Leaflet with CartoDB Positron tiles for minimal, light maps. SVG floor plans with hover states. 34 React components across Layout, Property, UI, and Effects categories.
