SmileCraft Dental is an award-winning dental practice in Koramangala, Bangalore, operating since 2004 with 25,000+ cosmetic and implant cases. Their old WordPress site took 9 seconds to load, had no online booking, and patients kept bouncing before finding treatment information.

The existing site was built on an outdated WordPress theme with 47 plugins, unoptimized images, and no caching. Page load time was 9 seconds on mobile. Online bookings were handled entirely through phone calls, creating bottlenecks during peak hours. The site didn't reflect the clinic's 20-year reputation or premium positioning.

Solution

Rebuilt from scratch using Next.js with static export for instant loading. Custom booking system integrated with Google Calendar. Treatment pages with before/after galleries. SEO-optimized for 'dental clinic Koramangala' and 15+ local search terms. Responsive design optimized for mobile patients searching during commute hours.
