ImageFlow — End-to-End DevOps Platform

Overview

A production-inspired DevOps platform with event-driven image pipeline, Terraform IaC, real k3s + Helm, dual-loop CI/CD, observability, and security hardening — built end-to-end on Floci for $0.

Challenge

Gap between DevOps tutorials and production reality. Needed to demonstrate end-to-end competency — infrastructure, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and security in one cohesive project, on a free tier.

Solution

Event-driven image pipeline (upload → API Gateway → Redis queue → Worker pods → S3 → CDN). Terraform for all AWS resources. k3s with Helm charts per microservice. Dual-loop CI/CD: build loop (GitHub Actions) and deploy loop (ArgoCD). Prometheus + Grafana. Security: Sealed Secrets, Pod Security Policies, RBAC.
